BabyMins is committed to customer satisfaction and efficient service! After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call from our Representative. Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch it immediately.
Only Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are handled on the next working day.

Please note the shipping policy:
• Shipping available all over Pakistan
• ⁠500 will be paid in advance if your order is more than 10,000 PKR
• ⁠For Cash on Delivery (COD) please pay the rider before opening the package
• ⁠Orders Can take 3 to 5 Days to reach at your destination.

                        Return Policy

We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed and undamaged merchandise with original packing and tags of your purchase for an exchange or a return.

 

  • We will gladly accept any unused item within 14 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
  • Return shipment charges will be paid by the customer.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

REPACK MERCHANDISE
You need to return the merchandise via courier to our address
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to the following address:

First Shop, Mumtaz Plaza, Bara Market, Gujar Khan, Rawalpindi.

Delivery and Return Shipment Charges will Only be Refunded if there is any kind of misunderstanding from our side.
